"Goes Above and Beyond I have recently bought a used house whose insides are as ornery as my grandmother. My heating system had failed twice throughout this winter and I went through my home warranty to get in contact with Alliance. Immediately, they have reached out and strived to get the job done. On the initial visit, Mr. Hall came to my house and poked around the crawlspace and got it working. There was no puffing involved and he was very candid and personable in telling me he did not do much and to contact him again if the problem returns. It did and with his word, he returned to my residence quickly and diagnosed it, spot on! Within a week, he came to install. Essentially, I now have a working heat system again and it is companies like these which values customer satisfaction than monetary gains. I have recommended Alliance every chance I am given and I will continue to be their customer, whether through my home warranty or not."
