A company worth staying with
"I have been with this company for almost 20 years.This service to me has been impeccable. Anytime I have placed the call I have always gotten a response within one hour from the company. They have always been prompt and attentive to my concerns"

"Being a field service engineer myself (not HVAC), I'm pretty skeptical of other service technicians. Dustin knows his stuff!! He is professional, honest, experienced and runs his business the way I run mine.
I would give him 6 stars if that was available..

I was out of the country in Spain last week and the wife calls me and tells me the AC is out. First thing I did was call leave Dustin a txt (6 hour time diff) and asked him to go fix it.. LOL.. within a couple hours, I get a txt back saying he scheduled a call the next morning. The next day, he was early, had it fixed in 30 mins., he found a loose wire, repaired it and sent me a txt saying it was done.
Like in my previous review, I would give him 6 stars if possible. His reviews and ratings says it all.."

"Dustin came by today to give us an estimate for ductwork for a kitchen exhaust fan. He knows what he's doing - we've used Alliance's services for about 20 years - and his work is excellent and at reasonable cost"
